Our representative select Alphonso Mangoes from USDA certified farms from Konkan region. These farms have to follow rules and regulations of USDA. Then mangoes are sent to Lasalgaon/Vashi for irradiation treatment. When mangoes clear the USA cutoms, we have one more check point in USA. Our representative will sort the mangoes at USA facility and finally give sorted mangoes to courier company to deliver Mangoes at cutomer's doorstep.

Please Note:

• Mango shipment will be home delivered between 5th & 15th May.
• It is responsibility of customer to collect shipment when home delivered
• We do take responsiblity of mango.
• In case of any complaint regarding mangoes, we take liablity of INR. 100/- per mango. (Maximum INR.1,200/- per box)
• Mangoes can not be resent. All claims will be settled monetary.
• Complaints should be made within 3 days of mango delivery or within 4 days of first delivery attempt.

• No refund will be made if delivery is delayed because of customer negligence.
• No refund will be made for courier charges
• Only in case of non-delivery full amount will be refunded.
• Mango is natural fruit therefore no complaints can be settled in case of taste/texture/size.
• Disputes if any wii be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
• All refunds will be made to an Indian Bank Account.
• Last date of cancellation is 30th April 2018.
